Only grocery store I have ever ordered online from that continuously is late causing me to have to cancel my order bc I have to go shopping myself instead now. Most places limit the number of orders they can receive if limited staff but no not this Kroger, they just care about taking money and hoping you have no life so can come when it's not convenient. This will be the last time I ever shop at this Kroger in store or online. Absolutely worthless and a waste of my time... Again!

No produce, frequently rotten produce, spoiled chicken, huge self checkout lines with no staffed line, I drive 40 minutes each way to go somewhere else.

While this Kroger is typically the better of the two in Denton, their pick up order service recently has been terrible. Multiple times we have submitted an order and they have not had it ready in time. They tell us to come back several hours later except it’s not ready then either and they tell us to call and check on it the NEXT day! If they are having staffing shortages then they need to block out available slots so people relying on their groceries being ready for the available time know they need to go in store or order online elsewhere. We will be switching our grocery orders elsewhere for the time being.
