The positives of my experience at Mazda of Denton was my initial salesman (Kim Payne) was straight-up honest and straightforward about the vehicle pricing and what he could do to make a sale. The negatives of my experience at Mazda of Denton was the 4.94% Financing Rate I received on the purchase of my Mazda CX5. My investigation revealed I could have gotten a 3.99% Financing Rate, which the Finance Department advised me to be not possible. Also, I traded in a 2020 Mazda 3 Hatchback with a remaining balance of approximately 13,000.00. Denton of Mazda employees advised they have twenty calendar days to pay off the vehicle even though the Mazda of Denton Dealership has custody of the vehicle, the vehicle is still linked to my name for payments, and the organization still has not paid the bill on my trade-in, more than twenty days now. I had made several telephone calls to the Mazda of Denton Dealership that resulted in no one answering and/or no return telephone calls to provide me with answers to my questions. I usually buy a new Mazda every three years, but I would have to say that Mazda of Denton has a better chance of seeing captain morgan putting his knee down before I purchase another from them. This place is absolutely ridiculous I own a small independent restoration shop one of our high end clients has a newer Mazda and she knocked her mirror off so I went in to order the parts. They would not give any wholesale discount which I understand I do not have an account with them. However not only did they lie about list price but they gave me a quote of list plus Mark up. So any retail customer you're not paying list you're paying MSRP plus there desired markup just so that they can make more money off of you. When I told them they are going to lose customers over $250 the guy seemed like he did not even care the problem is my customers have their vehicles served at the Denton Mazda Denton ram stores they no longer will. My customer will be going to El Dorado Mazda in McKinney because those are reasonable individuals. I deal with high end custom restorations and all of our customers have newer vehicles which means that they have them serviced where we recommend rather it be the local Ford store the local Chevy store the local Mazda store. None of our customers or their family or their friends are going to be coming to these Denton Mazda or Ram stores. So yes you actually did suffer a financial impact Mazda of Denton ram of Denton. And to end this survey review I highly doubt that anyone from Mazda Denton will even take the time to care or respond to this and if they do it will do no good you have lost our business forever. Just take care of your customers that's all you have to do!

I was told during the used car purchase that the car had gps but it did not and now the dealership would refuse to install the gps system be careful of the sales people there. Rick is a high quality individual and knows how to treat his customers right. Changing from 1 star to 5. Thanks you once again Rick !!

Everyone I met here were very courteous. No market adjustment, no dealer add-ons, no other BS. Colin and his manager were both honest and nice to work with. Highly recommend!
