Overpriced and now improving maintenance & service facilities. Hired staffs are cooperative service staff and sometimes experienced rude behavior from the staff. Every month charging utilities bill but not giving any facilities.

My Dad got very sick , so he can’t stay where I live because of the stairs , I came I told them about my situation, they got me a very nice Appartment. He stayed there for couple months than he got very sick , toke him to emergency, they told me he will not live for long so I decided to send him back home , North Africa. I told the management about it so I can stop the lease with an emergency event , they said it’s under your name not his . So I paid for 60 days with all Utility and one month penalty . “ 3 month “ without using it .

If I could give no stars I would. They discriminate harshly and the property is nothing to write home about. Overpriced and not worth the bloody time. Just look elsewhere now! I know there's a lot of bad reviews but they aren't lying. I lived here years ago and it was already getting bad so I can imagine what it looks like now. I was looking to rent here again a while ago and they are just horribly discriminatory. Maybe if they cleaned the place up, didn't price gouge people and they developed realistic expectations for tenants maybe they just might get good reviews that they didn't have to pay for.
