The worst experience with Dr. Dane Hoang. Instead of being warm and welcoming and explaining protocols and procedures. She began to belittle me and speak as if I was a uneducated individual… at one point she even said unless I’m paying without Medicaid!!! It was at that moment I ended my visit I do not recommend middle or lower class using this individual if she is making comments like this so freely. What a lack of respect and understanding… I would have expected some one with such credentials and being a pediatric diplomat to be more humanitarian than this.for Future advice if clients do not agree or understand the process like you experienced certified self does maybe try to put yourself in there shoes!

Just ME

They are all very nice but I just got this vibe that I couldn’t trust them but after being to 6-7 dentists beforehand that wasn’t able to do what was needed plus a lot of time going by, we needed to get this done. They put caps on my daughters teeth at the hospital with anesthesia, so she was asleep. Well when we got home and she was feeling better and I got a good look at her teeth, they look terrible. It looks like a child put the caps on, and these are her top front teeth! On top of that shortly after, within a few days, one of her bottom teeth started turning brown! At the time I didn’t think a whole lot about it but it has been getting darker and now my daughter is saying it hurts and can’t eat on that side. Definitely not ok. Edit: I went to see the dentist there and she said that there is a cap on that tooth and because I’m not brushing my daughters teeth it discolored. They took an x ray and there’s no root and there’s an infection. I wish I would have asked where the root went and how she thinks my daughter got the infection. The entire time we were there she made it seem like I’m such a terrible mother because I don’t brush my daughters teeth. (I do brush them by the way. Though I’ll admit not as much as I should.)

Took my son here to Dr Priyanka after it was suggested by our regular dentist that he needed to get some work done. At the end of the visit when we went over to the front desk to schedule the next appointment, the staff informs me that Dr Pri has informed that I should go to another practice as she's not comfortable doing the procedure on my son. This was a routine procedure and my son had shown no sign of resistance. It was v shocking and insulting, especially as just 5 minutes ago she was brainstorming his treatment plan, and I thought the visit was going great. I'm sorry but why are you a pediatric dentist if you can't do a simple procedure on a child?! What a waste of valuable time. We ended up going to Texas Tiny Teeth and had an amazing experience.

Let me preface this with I love Dr. Pri. She is amazing with kids. However the last 2 appointments my kid had, I was called and notified that Dr. Pri needed to reschedule she would be out of the office. At least I was given a heads up each time. Today I pulled my kid out of school early and we waited for almost an hour and she never saw anyone. No explanation or anything. No phone call saying we are running behind or anything. I don't like that. If I was late not only would my appointment be cancelled, but I probably would be charged a fee. My time is valuable too. We had other things planned today. And as someone else mentioned, the staff can't seem to get my kid's name correct after YEARS. it is annoying to say the least.
