No more walk-up window. Which is the only reason I used to use this location. Really really frustrating. Someone needs to change this on-line. Edit: Window is open again as of July 2022!

This pharmacy is the WORST, EVER!!!! I’ve had several problems in the past with a few rude employees at this location. And now, whenever I drop off a prescription there is always an issue when this one particular person is on duty. When dropping off a prescription, I’m told, it is in stock and it will be ready within a few hours. But then about 8 hours later, I’ll receive a text saying it will be ready within a few days. When this particular person is on duty, my prescription status always change. The prescription is either on back order, the coupon was removed, my current insurance was removed and my old insurance was added, or a prior authorization that was already approved for 1year, now requires a new prior approval in less than 6 months. It is always something with this location and today was the last straw. I am done with Kroger’s pharmacy. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, either Target, Albertsons, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc…..

This pharmacy is ALWAYS out of medication. They are very rude over the phone and sometimes in person. I don't recommend coming here at all.
