Worst Enterprise location imaginable. They will confirm reservations but, when you show up, not have any cars available. They did this to my fiancé today. Confirmed reservation yesterday for pickup at 8 AM this morning. When we arrived, they said they had no available cars. Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and I warned my fiancé yesterday when she told where she had her rental car reservation. I made my reservation in advance on the recommendation of a local Ford dealership where I had scheduled service. The morning I arrived to pick up the car, they said they had no available cars and I had to wait two hours. When an SUV was returned by another customer, they offered it to me at the higher rental rate they charge for SUVs. If you are short on inventory, tell your customers and don’t accept reservations. We can call another rental place ahead of time, but are trapped when we discover you have no available cars on the morning of our scheduled rental.

***BEWARE***Made a reservation for a car. When I got to the store they told me they don’t have cars to give. I walked to their parking lot and saw 6 cars parked there. The manager Maya was short and rude.

This location needs a working number. It is impossible to speak to someone in the office. I reserved a small car so I would have to pay little out of pocket while my car was in the shop. They said since I made the reservation online, they weren't sure if I could get the small car. They got me a nice but expensive car. They said they did not have any other options so I was stuck. Every time I had to ask to extend the rental, I was rerouted to the central number and I asked if there was any way I could switch to a smaller, less expensive vehicle. They said they would 'email the requesy and the manager would contact me'. I have been calling for the last 4 days and get the same answer. Even when the call was "escalated", I did not get any actual help.

If you don't have a major credit card, you can use your debit card, but it have to have 250$ on it for deposit. You will need a bill to verify your address as well your driver license. That is it. Yea, its always good to make reservations in advance.
