Ordered parts Monday morning, told me they would arrive Monday afternoon or by Tuesday at the latest. No call Monday. No call Tuesday. Arrive at the store Wednesday, tell clerk my name and what I ordered, and watched him walk around with a piece of paper for 5 minutes walking up to every employee who said "I don't know." Dude picked up multiple boxes and sat them down, then told me they didn't have my order. Then asked my name... again, and was carrying a piece of paper with a completely different name, even though I had already told him my name multiple times. Finally got 2 out of 3 parts I ordered. I will go somewhere else for the third.
