Beware of scamming at the location. I extended my rental and they’ve been taking the money out has I was extended and keep saying they aren’t getting the money in which they are!!!!! Also we paid for an suv and the guy tried to put us in a Kia Soul and tiny car saying it was like just because we are poc that we will just take what we can get and that’s ok. THEY WILL ALSO PUT YOU IN A RAGGEDY CAR!!!! The oil was at 29%, PASSENGER WINDOW WOULDNT GO DOWN AND DRIVER WINDOW GET STUCK CALL TO SWAP IT OUT THEY WANTED TO DOWNGRADE ME BUT WOULDNT GIVE MONEY BACK

I would avoid this location. It's very small and apparently has limited vehicles. I made an early reservation but came to pick it up about 2 hours later than expected, and they gave away the vehicle I reserved with no warning. It would have been nice to at least have a phone call to make sure I was still going to pick it up. I've never experienced such poor service from enterprise - rentals are always held at airports (even with flight delays) or any other location I've used. Don't go here, go to the Palatine location, they'll take care of you.
