sales Reps (Josh & Kevin) were very polite & Professional as was the Finance guy (Josh). But The Business Practice of adding services without being given a choice and rolling them into the financing is nothing more than a SCAM. Selling Vehicles that have obviously have not been checked over is nothing short of greed. long story short...its day 34 and my truck is still at FORD getting repaired.
