That's a great question, Katie! We certainly don't know what 2022 will bring, as to this year - the prices and demand are stronger than they have been in many years, especially in Arlington Heights. We know the markets naturally have ups and downs, so I would recommend taking advantage of the seller's market now, and selling at a high price. I hope this helps!
That's a great question! Depending on what you consider a big yard :) For some people it's half an acre, for others, it's 5 acres. If you are looking for a property with an acre or more, I would consider suburbs like Inverness, Deer Park, Kildeer, Hawthorn Woods, Barrington (if you are looking for equestrian property definitely look at Barrington Hills!). Hi Doug, thank you for your question! My main advice would be to declutter your home as much as possible so it shows bigger to buyers. It would go a long way if you re-painted or did touch ups. This would help your home look better and attract more buyers when you are selling in Arlington Heights or surrounding suburbs.
