If you’re a newbie, I highly suggest going to their store. It was really helpful to see all their product and talk through questions. We spoke with Mike and he made excellent suggestions, asked additional questions to make sure we were getting the right stuff for our project (including the delivery method). I felt like someone cared about us and the right match then overselling us stuff we didn’t need - which is important to me and shows a good local company!

We recommend that you do not have the planter or soil actually make contact with the house. You would want to leave an air space, and make the planter an independent element. (you could leave an air space, and then build some type of water-proofed back wall out of plain concrete block, or poured concrete, making sure that water will drain out the front of planter and away from house. Hope this helps!

Any sesler is a good sealer it depends what you are looking to get out of the sealer. There are different sheens of sealers typically the better sealer for oil protection on a driveway it would be an oil base and high gloss or wet look. A natural look will most likely be a water base and those not really going to help with oil on a drive way but would be good for a patio. Things to keep in mind if using the oil base sealer is that sometimes depending on the paver stylw you have it might be a bit slipery. Hope that helps
