Wonderful and friendly staff. The only bad part is the other patients. I’ve seen the staff treated poorly by rude patients who are mad because they may have to wait, even if they don’t have an appointment. This is a medical facility, not a machine! Grow up, be patient, be kind and realize that the wait times are beyond the technicians control. The check in process is incredibly easy!

This company is terrible. The technicians on-site are quite good. But the parent company is nothing but corporate greed. They close sites, making clients have to travel far. It's impossible to make an appointment or speak to a person by phone. I can't get an appointment without using a 'portal', whatever that is. I may have to change doctor because of them. I also blame CCPN, for having an exclusive contract with this worthless, poor service company. You will disappointed using this place.
