The entire staff is rude and ignorant. You go to the police station to get assistance because that is why they work there. But they act like they are doing you a favor. The officer tried to tell me that the reason they were rude is because they understaffed. Like to me this is not an excuse.

The woman I had spoken to about my hit and run accident (that was not my fault) immediately disregarded my questions regarding my accident by quickly responding "that is not the police's job" and hung up the phone.

If I could give this station and it’s officers 0 stars I would. I came because I found a lost dog and just needed them to scan for a chip since he was scanned the night before but they didn’t keep record and he was chipped the officer proceeds to tell me this isn’t the pound and she doesn’t understand why people keep coming here with dogs. I mentioned I had came the night before and they found his chip if they can just try calling the owner again and she said she’s not touching “no dog”. I walked out. Then they wonder why people lose their faith in CPD thank you for protecting and serving your seat officer, glad my tax dollars are at work on your seat.

I’m very upset we made a police report on the 5 and today the 7 and we haven’t see no result talk to the officer waiting for him to call. I put negative number the police officer not even bother go to the hospital to finish the report. It happen 2 days ago and no answer.
