The people that answer the phones there are VERY, VERY, VERY RUDE!!!! I'm sorry that I've been calling all day to make my appointment for earlier in the day or to cancel my appointment if need be. By the time I was able to talk with someone it was 10 minutes past the cancellation time! Well if you would of answer the phones the first 5 times I called and left multiple messages and didn't receive a return call this is NOT the first time this had been MANY,MANY, MANY TIMES!!! Hey IPD want me to solve this problem for you???? Well it's pretty simple to me!! 1. You only have 3 people answering phones well higher more people!!!!! 2. When people are rude to people calling in to cancel there appointment or change the times of there appointment don't be rude to them!!! 3. I've told IPD that I'm on call 24/7 and that my kids and I enjoy coming in but if your going to charge me due to something that's out of my control (work) and deal with people being rude then I will find somewhere else to go that is more understanding when I've given IPD over $100,000!!! It has been years since I've been there, but when I did go, theven psychologists and psychiatrists were all very helful, caring and understanding. During the years I was there, they helped more than I could have asked for and got me through everything that was going on. I would highly recommend them.
