I have read through these reviews and they sicken me. I know many people who have been greatly helped by this service. If your case does not meet the guidelines, it doesn’t meet the guidelines. That is life. Get over it.

I got denied because I make too much at my job. And they're apparently "income based". They're lousy. Told me I had to go to another legal service after waiting since June to find out if my divorce can be taken care of. Guess they want me to stay with the same scuzzy spouse toll I find some other assistance. You'd think if I'd make over a certain limit an attorney would gladly take my case.

called about a case did a intake waited on a call only to be told oh we dont have enough staff. why do the intake if u dont have the staff? like thats wasteing everyones time

I'm guessing there legal reps are afraid to go against a majority as I complained of a landlord stealing, harassing, threatening,failed to repair furnace till I ended up in hospital for five,six weeks then wants to make deal w his rep and tells me everything I researched myself of legal matters,then trys to state wrongly of ada laws guessing the other low rating are right too
