3 stars. Only because the piercing was clean and done correctly. However that is expected. Piercer Kim is extremely rude and unwelcoming, her responses to any questions were one of someone who is obviously extremely irritated. I can understand a no nonsense or stern attitude but she was even very rude to her colleague who was the only other guy accompanying her at the time. I feel bad for him to sit and listen to someone speak to you like you’re beneath them. Not to mention she records sessions and posts them on social media without asking for consent. Although the customer service was below par I got several references about the quality of the work which is the only reason I stayed even after having simple inquiries on a new piercing be answered with the indication that I was causing her a major inconvenience…. 1 star for customer service.
