We visited this dealer ship on Saturday and were considering the Subaru Ascent. The salesperson was rude, condescending, belligerent, and actually stated that "if we want the car we will have to pay whatever price they make up." This comment was very standoffish and not very customer service centric. I cannot recommend a dealership with a salesperson like this.

We had been looking at Toyota 4 Runners and had pretty much decided to purchase one. We drove a rental Subaru on vacation which peaked our interest. While we were in the Bradenton area we decided to drop by just to take a look. My husband said he would sit in the car because he absolutely detests sales people. A very nice young man named Zach approached me and within minutes he made me feel comfortable and I knew I could trust him with no hard sales pitch. My husband got out of the car begrudgingly and immediately hit it off with Zach. Zach just stuck to the facts, told us all the information on the vehicles explained the comparisons and that was it . Because of Zach we know that we will be purchasing a new Subaru in the next 2 months and although Zach is about an hour away from where we live, it'll be worth the drive!! We will be purchasing our new Subaru and all cars in the future from Zach! He's one in a million!

Nick to protect the possibility of theft of your vehicle to give you the code you must come to the dealership with your drivers license and registration and they must match with your name, address matching on both items and your vehicle identification number on the registration must match the vehicle. Also, as far as I know Subaru charges us to generate the code so there will be a charge for it. This is not a charge by us but Subaru. Hope this helps answering your question.

I do not think they will replace chipped auto windshields. You maybe would like to check with, places like, Auto Zone, Pep boys, O'Reilly auto parts store, or even Walmart auto centers, for a quick fix sealing compounds. For larger size cracked windscreens, your best bet is a specialty repair garage, or a specific company like Safelite auto glass, for more information.
