I chose this place since my sister loves fruit, & she is hard to shop for. Spent 87.00 on fruit that was hard and wasn't fit to eat, what a waste of money. This was a birthday gift & I felt like I let her down.Customer service is excellent,the young lady that waited on me was so helpful. Will not waste my money here again

Rude customer service. Ordered online for my superintendent’s retirement get together since I was unable to make it. Received a phone call and called right back that the delivery guy would not be back to deliver it by 5 and they wanted to push it to the next day. Retirement is today, not tomorrow and they wanted another address, sorry, don’t know where he lives…hmm, so they wanted me to pick it up and deliver it myself. Umm, like I said, I am not able to make it to the retirement so why would I be able to deliver it to the retirement, smh. I reminded her I couldn’t make it, hence why I ordered online for it to be delivered. She said I missed the cut off time, I informed her that there was not cut off time when I did it online. The woman telling me this on the phone had a rude tone as if I did something wrong so I told her to cancel the order in which her comeback was blaming me for ordering after some cutoff which is not posted. I didn’t think it would take more than 3 hours to choose from the “same day” delivery options and deliver a few miles down the way but my bad I guess. I would learn to be more understanding since you don’t know the circumstances of why someone may have to use your services to say thank you when they are unable to make it to a special and meaningful event.

Truth be told, I haven't always had such a good experience here. BUT... This trip was truly one of the best displays of customer service I've seen anywhere in a long time. The two ladies that were there were so helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill a request. I wish customer service was this good everywhere and all the time.
