I was looking for a piece of mail that was sent to my old address. So I contacted the Sandwich Post Office. I knew it would be like a needle in a haystack. A couple days later the Postmaster called me to say that they have it. She sent it to me over a holiday and I received it first day of delivery after holiday. I appreciate the United States Postal Service. They always go the extra mile for their customers and even their former customers!

Never had any problems with this location. The staff is friendly. Our mail carrier is friendly. They get packages out quick. I sell online and often bring in bags of items or shove several small items in the mailbox and I have never been made to feel like an inconvenience to any of the workers.

I’m disgusted with the fact that whomevers fault it is I have a priority package out for delivery and it says “delivery today” in the tracking website. The package winds up showing up a day or two later. Keep in mind we are paying for priority mail...and getting ground service. I’m taking this up with my post master.

so tired of them skipping my house you have mail to be sent an they dont pick it up i get ripped mail smashed boxes foot prints on my letters other peoples mail im just mad they force you to give them a star so you can post
