I called for information on passports. A lady by the name of “Ashley” was incredibly rude, not helpful, and ended up hanging up the phone on me. Ridiculous.

Most need you to make an appointment. 43rd and Lincoln does not require an appointment. They are exceptionally busy in the lunch hour.

I'm going to get a passport. Do they only take cash? Or will they take a debit card?
