I wish I could put zero stars it has been 13 days since I paid my money to get a new mailbox key only for the post office worker to tell me today maintenance has to do it and they don't have any workers for that position and didn't have any when I put in the request...which makes no sense to me but hey they've been doing lots of dumb stuff at this post office

package wasn't delivered, website said it was ready to be picked up at the post office, i get there and im told its still on the truck. At the end of the day they were no help and i still am missing MULTIPLE packages

The least useful personnel we have ever had the misfortune of being forced to deal with. Moved into a new build and registered our address in person. A month later the address is still not registered as they said it would be. UPS and FedEx can find us just fine. I wish we could skip USPS-Princeton altogether. Postmaster told my husband that even if we do get our address registered, they don’t have anyone to run our route when I confirmed they do deliver mail two streets over from us in a community development. Sent my husband to the post office for the Amazon packages that were unfortunately handled by usps and they brought him two when there should have been four. I sent my husband back up there to ask and sure enough, we have forwarded mail and two more boxes in the back. It’s unacceptable to have to go up to the post office several times a day to inquire about mail that’s been there for a week when the front counter person said it wasn’t. Filed complaints online and we were emailed back by Randy Hoffman at the Princeton location saying they would be in contact with us to resolve after investigating, weeks later no response. This specific location is awful.

I never hear the phone ring, as a customer. I only assume it's because of the remodeling. It was cash only again today inside at the counter.
The box should have the times it's picked up on it, if it doesn't go inside and let the post master know. They can inform you of the times they collect from the box.

Call them and find out. I know they do money orders and have prepaid envelopes and u can mail anything to anywhere as long as its approved items but ask them about them cashing it there.
