This office had 4 yard signs (I counted) surrounding it advertising they are “Pet Friendly!!” but had the most extensive list of restrictions I have EVER seen. Nearly every common pet breed aside from Golden Retrievers are prohibited. I presume they don’t provide this important info in the ad to mislead prospective clients and collect their information, as they did mine. Finding a new home in an industry dominated by scam artists is hard enough—spare yourself the wasted time, gas, effort, and anger of being mislead. The receptionist was very kind, but what good is an outstanding employee at a company who disservices others for their own benefit?

I worked with Nola to give me a tour, she was very nice and also went out of her way to see if a different apartment would work better for my budget. I haven't moved in yet, but I had a very nice experience

The office is unprofessional and rude. The service they provide is unacceptable and they take advantages of students. Plus the laundry never works.

I’ve visited multiple friends who’ve lived in different units over the years and ALL of them have had roaches. Each tenant has kept an immaculately clean apartment, and I’ve seen roaches in every one. If you’re comfortable with sleeping alongside pests then by all means, rent here. ***UPDATE AS OF 6/29/22*** Black mold is growing in these buildings!!! 🤢 PROTECT YOUR HEALTH and stay away from this place!!
