RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY - i write a business review only when the service or experience is so shockingly low that i feel like the business management needs a heads up, never mind the general public who are considering where to spend their money. I have (tried) to use this ‘pharmacy’ about 25x over the course of 9 years living up the road- the location is so convenient. Never mind the surly service, the non smiling unpleasant grimaces when you ask the pharmacy staff any question, the yelling answers about your personal care across the whole area with aggressive tones and insulting body language. But i finally had my last (of many) NEVER AGAIN moments where the CVS pharmacist refused to give me what my Beverly Hills doctor had prescribed me for no good reason. ‘It was her prerogative that the doctor had mis-prescribed me.’ Then she got in a fight with said doctors office nurse on the phone in front of everyone. Then the nurse called me to say she had never experienced such unprofessional behaviour and would not work with this cvs and was transferring my order. UNREAL- and never again. BYE CVS - FIRE THIS LOT OF LOSERS THEY ARE RUINING YOUR BRAND

Clean and spacious. Options to purchase is easy self service or register. This cvs has a Security officer and large 2 or 3 story parking complex.

I am a medical provider. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior by a pharmacist. I prescribed a long existing, safe, well studied medication for my patient. The medication was specific to my specialty and indicated for what I prescribed for. The pharmacist told my patient she was using her best clinical judgement and would not fill the prescription. This not only showed complete lack of understanding of the medications mechanism of action and many studies over the past 2 decades, it showed disregard and disrespect for a fellow medical provider. Pharmacists routinely call providers if there is any concern. This allows for a secure collaborative system of checks, balances, and growth in understanding. This pharmacist has no regard for patients or colleagues. A simple google search would yield a plethora of studies and decades of information on this drug for exactly what I prescribed it for. If she used a drug app or book which describes mechanism of action, she would be able to conclude it is appropriate and safe. If she called me, I would have happily shared as much info as she was interested in listening to as I know all of the studies and data. I am concerned for the safety of patients this pharmacist serves. She has proved she is not interested in learning or respecting patients or providers. I contacted corporate cvs and filed a complaint to shed light on her deficiencies. I have yet to receive a call back which is concerning as well. Patients, please advocate for yourself. Contact your provider if you are denied your prescription, given unsatisfactory patient education, or have any questions/concerns. Medical personnel are servants of their patients, not the other way around. CVS, I hope to hear back from you and learn you rectified this situation.

The people who work at the actual CVS store are nice. The pharmacist however, is the rudest, most unprofessional, most unethical woman I’ve encountered. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
