Nice, clean, and QUIET! Contrary to what one reviewer posted about 4 months ago, Dumas does have a well staffed police department, including one officer that the wife and I refer to as “Barney”. (He’s a little over-zealous in the execution of his duties). Owners were great and we’re planning on visiting them again in the near future. BEST RV PARK IN DUMAS, TEXAS.

Very impressed with this Rv park. We pulled in for just for an overnight and let me tell you. You will not be disappointed staff was nice and park was very clean and pretty.

We stayed at Yerbys for a year. My husband was working in sunray so it was the perfect option for him to be close to work and for our family to be close to shopping. The RV park is well maintained and the laundry room is kept clean and everything works well. The owners were always around and very friendly. We would stay here again if we ended up back in Dumas.

August/2020 this charges are rent only plus electricity wen U rent for month! Really expensive $250. To $300 just for electricity consumption monthly! $30. Day $150. Week $300. Month

No, they only rent the parking lots for your rv, plus the electricity bill which is always crazy expensive! (About $250. To 300. For month just for your electricity consumption) rent in Aug/2020 is $300.
