Could be so much nicer. It's too crowded and the landscaping / facilities desperately need updating. For those choosing to stay call ahead for a site with enough space for your slides and awning. When you arrive the office has no signage and is well into the park (2 story bldg.).

Doesn't allow RVs over 10 years. Never got to experience it because of this classist policy.

This place is just a parking lot. No views. Extremely tight between rvs. We left a night early. Not for us!! No room to even bbq.

Yes it's $650 a month plus electricity. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, cable and wifi
As far as availability goes, spaces open are a moving target. We have a 40ft 5th wheel and were able to squeak in but just try calling ahead and they can give you an idea because it gets quite busy in the summer and there are only so many spaces big enough for a 40 footer. Parking your motorhome won't be too bad, the bigger spaces generally are pull throughs
I dont see why not , I've seen some that year there they have room for that size. Call them its a great place. Good luck.
We don't take RVs older than 10 years. If you're looking for a permanent spot/long-term then you must apply. The waiting list is long. Cats are tolerated. Certain breeds of dogs are not accepted. We do not rent out RVs or trailers. There are other parks that do. Public transit is available within walking distance. If you've been evicted previously from an RV park then your application would be strenuously researched.
I'm not sure. I would call them for more information. We stayed in February so I assume it is, but that's by no means an official word.
Does NOT depend on size. All sites are the same price. Currently, until May, that is $43.85 per night, with discounts available for Good Sam and Escapee members. The weekly rate is $230, no further discounts on that.

Not that I'm aware of. There are a couple here that are at least that old, although I don't own this place, I just live here.
Call them and see if they have any room. They're open Monday thru Friday from 9-5 and Saturday 10-4.
I love this place! Unfortunately, we are going to have to move from our spot in a couple weeks because there is reserved by summer campers. They said they might have a spot somewhere else, so crossing my fingers lol
$585 but there is a waiting list and you have to be approved by the owner.
585 + electric....no electric bill or rates available just pay whatever they say.
