Working with Christopher has been a great experience. He is knowledgeable, patient, professional and attentive to his clients’ needs. He is easy to work with and does whatever it takes to get the job done. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs!

I had property listed for sale with a Beaufort Realtor for years without any traction or success. I came across Christopher by searching property listed or sold in the area where my property was located and decided to contact him. Within a couple weeks there was an offer on the property and although the first offer fell through he found another buyer. Christopher did in months what another Realtor did not do in years. I highly recommend Christopher. He was easy to work with and very effective.

Looking to move to the area and Chris was a Rockstar in educating my wife and I on what and where to look for our growing family.

Who is able to predict the future? We are in an uncharted territory, coming off a global pandemic. I like to think in the here and now and capitalizing on what we know right now…what we know is the market has never been hotter and its no better time to sale. Why not take advantage of it while you can?
I would suggest you start by knowing your credit score. Let your agent suggest a lender, they should know a good lender that will ensure they get you to closing. Also deciding what area you want to live in definitely helps. Start saving for down payment and closing cost.
Most agents over time become a selling agent. When you are helping people buy a house, it is natural that you would help them sell. However, this is not often the case. Over the years, I have heard several sellers say that they did not want to use the agent who helped them purchase the home as they did not find them strong enough to negotiate a deal. In my 3rd year, I became a listing agent. My marketing was solely based on getting inventory. When you control the inventory, you just need buyer agents to essentially do the work. When you list, you are in the market to last. You need product for longevity in this career.
