This RV park may just be a parking lot but we loved it here. It's very very quite and peaceful, The Wifi was above average, the laundry was FREE, the weekly price is AMAZING, the owners were nice, you have animals for neighbors which was fun, did I mention the free laundry!!!! The only thing we did not enjoy was ALLL THE MOSQUITOS, but those guys are hard to control. There was plenty of grass for our pup to run and play. Highly recommend staying here if your in the area. Lots of Route 66 attractions in the area to enjoy within 30-40 mins.

Great place to stay in Panhandle, TX. The owners are wonderful people and they are constantly maintaining the grounds. Everything is very clean and well kept. Our children enjoyed the playground and we enjoyed sitting on the porch swing while watching the longhorns in the pasture next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, well maintained, little park and the price is right! Level gravel sites, utilities work great! Owner, Steve, is very pleasant and helpful. Long term residents keep their sites neat and the ones we have met are very friendly. There is a covered area with grills, tables, and a horseshoe pit. Free, and clean as can be laundry facilities! We planned to stay one night...maybe two, but Steve told us about Palo Duro Canyon State Park which is only about an hour away. We're going to make it a three night stay! One caution, if you're a really light sleeper this probably isn't the place for you. Trains roll through all night. Didn't bother us a bit. 😊
