We canceled their services over 2 years ago and they still sent a past due bill to our company!! We have no debt & we have NOT used their services! We were out of the office for covid and when we returned we went all paperless. We have been dealing with this nonstop going on 3 years. We have no bins, we have no paper to shred... They won't stop! The drivers are sooo nice tho, and one even said their new upper management is not getting it. Please stop this Shred-it. We have contacted your company 100s of times.

This service used to be good, but is terrible now. Customer service is horrible. They don't show up when they say they will and show up other days, which definitely makes it difficult if you have days employees work from home. I had no problem working around their schedule to be open and have someone available, but then they don't always show up when they say scheduled and then may randomly show up a different day. And if a rep responds on here, please don't tell me to politely contact your customer service. That's what I've been doing already.
