Loved it here. Rooms were clean and updated and smelled good. Breakfast was great. Staff was polite and helpful. Laundry room equipment was in great shape. Didn't get in the pool. But seen it was clean and well maintained. If I'm out this way again and if I have to I will stay again. 💯

The staff was absolutely amazing the lady at the front desk realized I was having a bad day. And she did everything she could to make it a better day. And you know how cats are. She was willing to take my cat who is my service animal and hold her while I got my debit card. The rooms are clean the shower was hot the bed is comfortable and the price was right. And instead of charging me $20 for a deposit she comp the deposit because it was a service animal what kind of hotel does that. I encourage you anytime you're passing through tucumcari New Mexico. And you need to stay the night you wouldn't find a better hotel. In a better staff than this Best Western

Extremely pleased with our stay. Very friendly and professional front desk staff at check in and check out. Our 1st floor room was in the back and offered us privacy and quiet. There was even a little patio outside our sliders, facing the pool (which is still closed at the moment). Large room with comfortable beds, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure, and large towels. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and the attendant was friendly and kept the area clean and well stocked, and the tables wiped down as soon as a guest left it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stopped here for the night on our drive from central AZ to NE Oklahoma. It was the most reasonably priced pet friendly hotel (that looked descent). I was honestly so surprised with our pet friendly room, it was clean and pretty spacious. We brought our cat and chihuahua and we had a great stay. It was pretty quiet and very comfortable for our short stay, but a few days spent here would seem just as well I think. Oh and we were SUPER surprised about how GREAT the breakfast was! Serious kudos to these great folks that work hard to keep this place great. Thank you!
