Are there any veterans there that would be willing to help me set up a flag/medal box correctly in memory of my son? He became One in 22 November 13 2017.

Not sure if you still need it, but I can help you fold the flag correctly. There is not really any official way to setup the box besides attaching ribbons and medals on the sides of the flag.

Can we send American and Texas Flags to be retired?

Yes. Its $100 plus $50 refundable deposit if they clean up. It's the front meeting room we rent out. If they want to just have a party in the canteen there's no fee. However, the canteen is open to everyone so they wouldn't have exclusive access to the canteen. Let me know if you need any more info.
