I came to load with a dry van for walnut, CA. It is impossible to go to the right place all at once. The officers don't know where they are loaded, they sent me from one place to another. After 2 hours looking for the site, I arrive at the loading docks and there is no one to talk to so they can load it. I have 3 hours waiting and nothing. I don't recommend sending truckers here.

When it comes to making a small delivery there through the security gate, it takes a very long time for someone to come and receive/sign for it. The security guard is great; they are not the problem. The problem is when the person on the other side of the walkie talkie says "oKaY wE'lL sEnD sOmEoNe oUT" and no one come for like over 25 mins.
