So far it was a pleasant experience. Clean rooms. Rooms needed to be updated just a tad. But for the price and to have a room available was awesome.

When we got to our room we found out that the deadbolt on the door didn't work and someone had put tape over it and there were some men sitting on the sidewalk steps drinking beer. The dvr in the room keep losing the signal and I had to reset it when I changed the channel. When I turned the ac on there was a foul smell. They didn't offer a military discount. We will not be staying here again.

This is my 3rd stay here and the non-smoking room is the nicest I have seen and the bathroom has a tub and is a great size (other rooms have tiny bathrooms and some only showers). Staff are real without that fake customer service BS. Connie is a sweetheart. I am on an extended stay and am grateful for the place.

Do I have to assign a star? I would give it zero stars if I could. We checked in on December 23rd and the bathroom was a disaster with the window wide open in freezing cold weather. The guy fixed it with plastic over it. We had to leave to meet family members so didn't notice anything else until we came back later. We found we had no TV, roaches in the cable box, no hot water, and just a painfully terrible experience that could have easily ruined our Christmas weekend. We noticed that the pipe for the shower head was stuffed with rags all around it. The drain in the tub had caulking sticking up all around it and the entire bathroom was just filthy. Had we had hot water, which we didn't, I would have been afraid to use that facility to bathe. The pictures on the website all show phones in the rooms, no phone existed. I can't say enough bad about this place. I cannot believe anyone would assign more than 1 star for this place. I should have read all reviews before I booked online.
