On March 31st I applied for the Royal Oaks Apartments with the assistant manager Tyrese, he agreed to waive $150 administrative fee if I applied and turned in my application the next day which I did along with a $50 application fee, which I did, I waited a few days to follow up with my application via email as well as phone calls, it took days for him to get back to me, when he finally returned my messages I was told I was denied for a inaccurate report from Renters On Site the company they utilize to process their applications I disputed the inaccurate information as well as provided them proof of the inaccurate report and I was still denied, Tyrese finally answered the phone a week later and told me he would get back to me in a few hours, but never happened, I never tried so hard to get into an apartment before in my life you would think I was buying a house, the apartment I was shown was okay but not worth the hassle, I just wanted to clear my name from false information. I truly believe they just took my $50 & profited it, they are inconsistent and not reliable, the manager Heny comes off rude she treated me as I was lier, after I told her numerous of times I had proof she still continued to be rude, apply there at your own Risk!!! I put a stop payment on my check I will not apply there ever again!

We had a showing with Tyrese who was very friendly and helped us find the right apartment fit for our needs. He was able to show us the unit we would be staying in while it was being renovated and then a similar unit that was fully finished to see what a completed version would look like. Both units had plenty of space and nice looking appliances and the master bathroom was also a nice perk we haven't seen before during our searches. After the tour we were ready to apply and Tyrese was able to work with us to move in quickly and save us money on our monthly rent. All in all a great find and experience and we can't wait to move in.

When I say Tyrese Brent as been a big help to me throughout this process. He was very detailed, response right away to an email, kept me up to date with the approval process. I just felt truly comfortable and at easy working with him.
