It was delicious! However, my boyfriend and I have major diarrhea after our meal. I’m disappointed but maybe I’ll try a different location.

I eat at this restaurant very often and is probably my favorite food. When I arrived at the store my order was not ready as stated in the app by 8 PM. I waited about 10 minutes after then I stood in line. When I got up to the counter the rush was over and they still were not making my order. I politely asked if they could start making my order. There was a woman with glasses that was very rude about making my order she was barely putting anything in the bowl and had an attitude about it. I am a vegetarian and have been for 18 years of my life on the app it gives you an option to select no grilled item. On my receipt it also says no grilled item. The chef named Maurizio made fun of me for my order and stood there and debated with me back-and-forth about not putting me on the item. He was very rude and laughed at me and so was the girl making the food. I had already started another order for a bowl of Alfredo. I was also made fun of for not putting meat on that bowl. When I got to the cashier she continuously asked me what kind of meat was on there and I kept informing her that there was no meat item on the order she rolled her eyes and then checked me out. I still had to wait for an additional item on the order that I had placed on line. This was the worst experience I’ve had picking up an online order from anywhere in my life. I never knew that you could get made fun of so bad in question so bad about not eating meat this is very disrespectful. I would never advise anybody to go to this location. That’s very sad because the food is good and there are not many locations. It’s a shame that I will have to find somewhere else to purchase my food going forward. Hopefully you are able to train these employees to be respectful of peoples lifestyle choices.

Attached are pictures of what I ordered vs what I got. We also found 2 hairs in our salad, the restaurant decided just not to make our food initially when they had an INTERNAL error with processing our credit card, which caused an additional 30 minute wait, the employee charged us $59 instead of $54 somehow when re-processing it, and our horribly made food was stone cold when we finally received it. One of our worst restaurant experiences ever. Piada, the order was placed for pickup at 6pm by Destinie Phomsouvanh.

I come back for Calamari Frito Misto! It’s So GOOD. The downside 10 minutes to order (with 6 people ahead of me and another 10 to get my food. That’s pretty slow for counter service. At least it was hot!
