I’ve had several foot, leg and ankle injuries over the years that have resulted in a lot of pain and some balance issues. I saw my doctor a few days ago as I was concerned about increasing pain in my right foot mostly with the bones along the outer edge of the foot. The doctor said I have tendinitis due to the hardware in my ankle and recommended certain daily stretching, exercise and ice for 3-4 weeks. The next day, following a round of golf, I headed to The Good Feet Store in Fort Worth. The staff there were so helpful in assisting me with a fitting that immediately relieved the pain I was feeling at that time. My salesman, Joe, thoroughly explained what was occurring with my feet as I stood and walked, and also explained how the orthotic inserts were working to relieve the pressure that I was placing on certain parts of my feet. Needless to say, I walked out of the store feeling so much better and pain free. I never felt rushed or pressured, rather I felt care and concern regarding my pain. I really love the fact that this isn’t a one and done company as they follow up with you 3 times at certain intervals within 21 days of purchase to see how the inserts are working. Also, if there are issues with the fit or condition of the orthotic following purchase they will work with you to ensure your feet get the relief they need. I highly recommend The Good Feet Store, and in particular Joe at the Fort Worth store.
