The hub is honestly one of the last places I would live in this city. I have been here since September 1st 2021 the parking garage is the most poorly designed thing ever. The price of rent and utilities is way too much. My apartment always smells like cigarettes from the people on my floor, power goes out all the time, bug problem and extremely rude and creepy staff and maintenance people who just approach you in the parking garage! Would not recommend and have told many people the same!

The hub has some dope amenities. The hot tub is really nice at night and in the winter. It kinda feels like you’re in the Swiss Alps at a ski resort with all the snow and steam. Pretty cool. I also like my unit. It has good natural sunlight for my plants. So far they’re still alive! The staff in the leasing office are real helpful and have great personalities too!

The experience at The Hub has been great! The staff has done a good job answering any questions and my unit was very clean. The location is great and especially convenient for students. Very nice amenities including the fitness center and clubhouse. Overall, very happy!

We just signed a lease here for my daughter after touring here and a few other properties nearby. This property by far was the most impressive. There are a lot of safety features the building offers along with many amenities for the residents to use that make it well worth the price.

Hub Minneapolis is in Stadium Village across the street from the Graduate Hotel on the University of Minnesota campus. It will open fall 2018.
Hub Minneapolis is a dog friendly community! Permitted animals must weigh no more than 50 lbs. and aggressive breeds are not permitted. No more than one animal is permitted in a bedroom and no more than two animals are permitted in an apartment.
Hi Hali, thanks for your question! Hub Minneapolis does not offer tanning beds as part of our LiveHereLiveWell initiative. If you're looking for some warmth in these Minnesota winters, we do have an amazing sauna. In the summer, we have lawn chairs on our amenity deck, perfect for enjoying warm days by the pool.
