I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been a wonderful experience. Amenities are great, the building is well-kept, and the location is second to none in this area. Reshal and Austin both helped me with my lease and they were wonderful and attentive. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Don't live here unless you want to pay a $2000 move out fee. Edit: sort the review by date if you want to learn more about this apartment, the management team changed in 2022, and the living experience flipped. I foresee a bad ending but I didn't expect it would be so terrible. The apartment used to be a great place to live, where stuff was above and beyond. Maintenance request was super fast to resolve (usually within two days), the leasing office always had people, and you had a smile when you walked in, the rooftop was always odor free, amenities were kept in a good shape, that's what you call a home. Everything has changed since 2022, when they changed the management team. Now everything is the opposite. They charge us a lot (I paid $3000 a month), but they treat their employees very badly. My unit is facing the street, so I could hear people protesting and striking every week in the last two weeks I spent here (and it made me disturbed). I personally asked a few employees after the striking happened, and they told me that they were kept very very busy. We left recently, and we left something undisposed there, and they (e.g. the manager Reshal) are charging me $1500 to dispose of them, plus more cleaning fee. When I lived in one of these NON SELF-CLAIMED LUXURIOUS APARTMENT, they charged me $150 to dispose of things!!! Also for reference, I hired a moving company to move 20+ times more things to California for a similar price, right here, a local Minneapolis moving company. I wish I were there so that I could join the protest and eventually stop them from robbing the residents and employees' money and health.

Before changing the management team, this apartment is the dream place to live in. I had really great time living here. But ever since the change, everything sucks. The mail room continues to crowd with things and very messy, sometimes smells really bad, no leasing office help at all, I seldom see people there when trying to get help. They don’t treat their employees well, too, by the time we left, there are employees’ strike weekly. Their so-called luxury is only at high charges to their residents. The experience here does not worth one star even, but it is the lowest Google allows me to share. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF THEY ARE STILL WITH THE SAME MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!
