Ordered for pick up. Soon as I saw the associate come out with my pizza box inside of a plastic bag and was holding it by the handles… I knew something was gonna be wrong with my pizza. Well here is the picture. Complete fail!

WOW! What is the point of having a tracker that states when the pizza is ready, only to be told during pick up that it is going to be another 15 to 20 minutes... they have not even started making the pizza! This is the third time in a row that there has been an issue. I order extra tomatoe sauce.. and I get none. Management has changed or somehting has changed... you guys used to make a nice pie.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and olives. The pizza had barely any sauce on it and when I called in about it the manager told me that it was made with extra sauce. Do not go to this dominos! Save yourself the headache and money and go to a different store, or even Streets of New York, they make great pizza everytime!

I was really impressed. Despite the 50% off deal I got, everything was right, extra napkins, complementary ranch and the pizza was perfecto. This location really made the extra effort tonight. Even when it was noticeable busy. Thanks!!

They do deliver. But some of their best coupon deals are pickup only.
As a former employee, chances are one of the managers clocked the driver out on your run before they were even back from their previous ones. That means it updated your delivery app to say "On our way!", or whatever it says, AND screwed the driver on their hourly rate. Alternatively, drivers are allowed to take up to three deliveries at once, so you could have been the final stop or something since an app pre-plans the drivers routes. No joke, please tip your drivers, they put up with a lot.
