I agree with another post left on here about the lies they give and it has been almost a year and we have a hole in the ground, they keep giving me excuses about a shot Crete shortage, sad thing is we keep getting excuses after excuses, then we talked to a neighbor who has Shasta, they signed 4 months after us and they were promised it would be done in 10 months, I told the neighbors they told us 5 more months because of a shot Crete shortage, well they are getting it done??!!!! Well good for the neighbors, but how did they get shot Crete???especially since we sighed 4 months before them,I now see what is going on, they already signed and locked me in, so they are doing other people that signed after me to get there business, that is a unethical way to run a business, so I will say I see other reviews of people like me waiting 1.5 years, well people be aware there is truth to the other reviews that people say they skip them. Alot of friends have asked me about Shasta and I tell them to run

Signed a contrsct a year. I kept in contact with them through my home development and its delays. First i was told they do a pre dig.... then a few months before being done with the house i was told they do not. When the time came to begin i get a call sayong they are raising the proce 25k.... after talking witg them they blatently told me the price was goimg up no matter what... bait snd switch... no wonder they lost their contract with Taylor Morrison

One of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with in regards to communication. I'm on my second coordinator since signing my contract in November. Been sitting with plumbing, and rebar for months. I have only met my Project superintendent one time when he surveyed my yard prior to any work being started. When I asked why I have not seen him this is the response I get from Coordinator Anne Fritz "Mike isn’t required to be at your property everyday as he has 100+ jobs to oversee. He has a set required number of inspections per job but will go out to reinspect after repairs are made. For example, I’m trying to get you scheduled for the city inspection but there are issues with the plumbing that we keep addressing and they’re not maintaining. I apologize that the information with those updates seem redundant and vague, but it is accurate information and I’m just trying to keep you up to date as to what is happening with your project." Obviously, I'm not expecting to see him everyday! But I don't think asking to see or meet up with him 3-4 times throughout the process should be expected. Especially, when they are just showing up and laying plumbing lines and gas lines. Clearly, Shasta has different standards. I used Shasta for a pool remodel years ago and stuck with them because I trusted their work. At this point, I'm not so sure anymore. Very dissatisfied.

Overall Shasta did a great job in our pool process. My only complaint is some of the communication. Shotcrete took almost 8 months and I always had to follow up to get a status rather than Shasta proactively providing updates. We also went through 3 different project coordinators which didn’t help the communication process.

Be patient they have a long, slow process but you will be happy with the end product. Best pool in the valley, no one else is even close

Nope, sorry!

We have a pool, six ft at the deep end. We are looking to put a spa hot tub in a maybe a quarter of the deep end. Need to know how that addition would work? Obviously we are just starting. Thanks.

To be honest, I'm in the administrative end of it, but I have seen first hand the beautiful work our remodeling team does and the fabulous customer service provided. I would recommend you calling our remodeling dept., you won't be disappointed. Tell them Lisa referred them. Thank you.
