Therapy is Amazing!! Had a personal friend come to building after severe medical issues. He was bed bound, feeding tube and horrible wound when he came in. Family was told he would never walk again and hospital and physicians recommending Hospice. In 6 months he is walking, eating and thriving. Family will be Moving him to ALF in the next few weeks. I have worked in healthcare for 15 years and never could have imagined this would be possible. This therapy staff was able to accomplish a miracle.

Not sure on spelling but Tiara at the front desk was so nice. It was raining so hard this evening and she let me use her umbrella to get to my vehicle. Thank you Tiara!

I know some people trash this place but for me from the minute I came in I was entrusted by people that care about people they saw I was tall and asked if I wanted a bigger bed And brought one right away wider and longer Rooms are cleaned daily bathrooms the same ice water brought through out the day Ring the light someone comes pretty quickly You have to remember these nurses and cna’s are busy from the minute they walk in but still are patient I know is under construction but they do it in a way nobody is in the way when it’s done it will be beautiful even the rooms!!! I also asked for a recliner and they got me the only one there it helped me very much And lastly the PA for the dr Mia Abraham What can I say about this passionate caring nurse She is really interested in what’s happening with you she is a great listener and whatever is needed gets to me bravo to Mia As far as the PT and OT gym it’s clean and buzzing with activity My therapist Niaesha and Donville were amazing they knew what would help me and did it They changed things up so I didn’t get bored If I wasn’t up to it in the morning they came back to see if they could do it later And I did That’s compassion I also like the way all the therapists get along and kid around They care about their patients That’s it 4 stars only for the food It’s just ok but I’m sure the budget isn’t large enough for lobster Thanks everyone for all your care Michel Ehrentreu

Please know prior to bringing your loved one here for rehab that there is not proper supervision of their patients and the facility will do whatever it needs to to cover their misdeeds. The first day my father fell while unattended, smacking the back of his head and his sacrum and two visitors helped my father get in bed. He pushed the call button for the nurse and they do not come for hours. CNAs on shift are scarcely around. My father sat one night until the morning soiled in feces after calling for 6 hours. My dad was there to learn to toilet and walk well again after heart surgery and to get rid of a horrible hard to kill UTI that caused him delirium and hallucinations. He was NOT rehabilitated and he had to leave the facility after insurance said that he will no longer be covered because insurance goes off of the notes on the chart that ManorCare created. They put in the notes that he is ready to care for himself at home. Preposterous! I put in an appeal and it was denied because the appeal is determined on once again guess what, the notes that ManorCare provides. Ridiculous. It brought about an awful situation because my father was not ready for coming home yet I didn’t want to leave him where he is was being mistreated. I bring him home and his UTI infection is not healed. I had to admit him back into the ER and he had to begin this whole ordeal over again for the third time in three months. Thank God my fathers 80 year old body is strong enough to hold on for the ride.
