Will say it now, and say it again, will shout it from the mountain tops (if my bad knees could climb)...this is by far the best veterinary practice in Long Island!!. I feel like family, as they all. ..everyone of them, make you feel that way. Your pet is their pet!. There have been changes due to covid. (Which I am happy they follow protocols still), the retiring of the big chief and the shortage of vets but they have worked with me and I will go no where else Dr. Freeberg is my favorite doc to see as she has been involved with my pets and daughters pets (and wolf...lol) since the beginning when we moved to LI in 2006. Jackie, her previous Long time assistant was my Stevies buddy..she knew what was gonna happen when Jackie called her from the door...Steeveeeeee! The staff in the back for boarding and bathing are fantastic and what can I say about t he front dest?? Frank and Rosa and forgive me I went blank on her name but she's the fastest talker on the phone that I ever heard..shes the best.! The are so great!! They all make this place a fantastic vet service and the pets are happy with it too!

They squeezed me in to see my dachshund for a possible infection even with a fully booked schedule. The doctor was very kind and careful with my little buddy, hugging him when he got nervous. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail, just a little annoying that you have to call to get in the building.
