I AM ONLY GIVNG 5 STARS BECAUSE OF JANET HOSKINS. The rest of NSD is a joke. At one time through the claim process, I was told see didn't even work there anymore. Finally when I was at my wits end, and running out of time to return my replacement tire I ordered, I got Janet again. I had made five previous calls asking what was going on. From the second I had the replacement tire, I uploaded 5 docs to my claim. One of the tread depth, one of the plug, one of the tires stacked in my garage, and two including the invoice. Finally, Janet was able to tell me they were waiting on install authorize the claim. No one in my four previous calls was able to tell me that? I called four times prior and asked why my claim said "unassigned" and "TBD". I stressed from the start they're SNOW TIRES, the pictures showed them STACKED IN MY GARAGE (not on the vehicle), and I told them I would install them myself when snow came. It'a an absolute joke it took five calls, numerous interactions through the site, and almost taking my business elsewhere to handle this. I was a Service Manager at a large dealership, and wrote service for about ten years before that. NSD is by far are one of the WORST WARRANTY COMPANIES I've dealt with! Janet should be running the entire place, because everyone else is a joke! I spent almost $1,300 on tires I only use in the winter on my 4RUNNER. I spent $5,000 on rims and tires for my SPEED3 and almost twice that on my M3. You almost lost a TIRERACK customer for good, and it was all because of NSD and the claims process. Big up's to Janet for being a champion. You're the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pour customer service and so dishonest to providers which I am! But if they are lying to the people that do the work for them I can’t imagine how they treat there clients
