My favorite BoA branch in Boca. Not crowded. Generally very friendly and helpful personell. Myrtha is just amazing: plenty of precious advise and nice person to talk to.

The atms are always working after hours for check deposits.

The managers here are so rude and disrespectful. BOA has lost its customer service etiquette and they are in no rush to gain it back. Be prepared to be mislead and have to wait longer than your appointment times.
