This branch is not competent to handle normal banking business. I applied for a heloc, they inputted my info wrong, no communication, impossible to use the encrypted email, or subit docs online. No follow up, use another Bank.

I have had my personal account with this bank over three years. My merchant company did a hold on my account with gave me multiple over drafts. I want to bank and told Andre the issue. Close to 200 dollars in over draft fees. I ended up paying one over draft fee. I will make sure I use this branch for my deposits and any other things I need to do with my business banking. Thanks Andre you saved the day
