Amazing place! Great selection. So many varieties in so many colors!! It's always a treat to shop here, and help and advice is always present. Only problem: the flowers sell so fast! One has to make a few visits to discover the full potential of this place.

LINDA in the florist area was terrific. She was able to find a cemetery vase, arranged a bouquet Of flowers, and even added water. Wonderful experience

Mahoney's outdid themselves when we ordered our funeral arrangements and casket pieces from them in November. The arrangements were spectacular, and easily less expensive than almost any other place you might think of. They were beautiful works of art easily 2' wide and 2' tall, and we can't thank Nancy and the Winchester team enough for their kindness and attention to detail. Stop thinking about Winston's- these were every bit as gorgeous! I hope more people will realize that Mahoney does these kinds of flowers, and does them well.

Mahoney's did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job with the flowers for our wedding! A special shout out to Rachel Abbott who is just the best to work with. She figured out the perfect way to come up with a wreath arrangement to go around the small lanterns my mom put together for the centerpieces. She asked me to send sample photos of bouquets I liked and to tell her my favorite flowers, and she took that information to make the most gorgeous bouquets for me and my niece. The boutonnieres, corsages, and hair combs for our parents, grandparents, and the groom were all perfect, too. Rachel herself even delivered all the flowers to our wedding venue, even though it was a good hour from Winchester, for a totally reasonable fee. Everything was just gorgeous and people are still talking about how much they loved the flowers! And most people barely even notice the flowers at a wedding! Thank you, Mahoney's and Rachel! We will definitely continue to use Mahoney's for all other floral arrangement needs.

Unlikely '41! We began in 1959 :)
Yes Mahoney's sells small trees
They had.a huge selection of flowers, perfect for a flower box when I was there two weeks ago. I recall they also had examples of flower combinations in various boxes and hanging baskets. Ask staff if you have any questions about a flower boxes and care.
👍
They have both physical and e-gift cards.
Mask mandatory and social distancing markers on the ground in check out lines. There are also plexiglass shields at check out. Everyone there seems vigilant and plenty of room to go around making this a safe environment.
They do
Yes just started putting them out
Day after Thanksgiving they stay open until 9pm on Friday
I do not work at Mahoney's but I think I've seen non- ceramic bird baths there. You should call them to find out.
Give them a call (I don't work there). They are very helpful.
Yes, our regular Monday hours. 8am to 8pm.
Too many to mention here. It's better to go directly to the store and ask a person who works there. Also, as a gardener myself, I assure you that you can safely plant everything except tender vegetables. Good luck!
Yes! In fact, they are labeled as such. If not, just ask one of the friendly staff.
That is a question to ask at Mahoneys as you need to know about sun/shade and soil wet/dry at the pla e you want to plant.
Dogs are welcome everywhere but the farm stand. Abby the tabby cat is not so dog friendly, fair warning. :-)
You need to call the nursery
Unsure..best to call
Call and ask for specific varieties.
The Winchester store has water plants. They are located in the perennial yard and have a good selection of plants.
I would contact Majoneys. This method that your using is for questions that people need help with that a possible local guide or other Google user could helo with. Not for employment purposes.
You need to call the store. This is soley for Google questions in geneal, anything purchase or order related please call Mahoney's.
From the web site: "Gift cards can be purchased in person or can be ordered over the phone at any of our locations."
They sell loam and compost by the yard. It is not certified organic. Call for pricing, delivery varies by distance.
Yes they are from 3-6 ft tall Metal and wooden ones.
By the end of the month the Coral bells or Heuchera will be out on the tables. There are a few varieties growing in the back greenhouse right now.
If you miss planting your bulbs at the optimal time, don't wait for spring or next fall. Bulbs aren't like seeds. They won't survive out of the ground indefinitely. Even if you find an unplanted sack of tulips or daffodils in January or February, plant them and take your chances *Google*
Edit - Sorry my last answer was regarding a completely different store. Just realized. But yes Mahoney's in Winchester sells all types, and I believe the ones your looking for as well
Usually mid March weather permitting.
Call or visit any Mahoney's location to speak with a nursery expert.
In the fall there was a haunted maze, not a corn maze.
