The EMTs were very kind. The ambulance company charged me $1,200 for a two mile trip. The billing department refused to bill my secondary insurance. Every “customer service”representative was rude, unprofessional and UNhelpful.

Horrible experience w/employee riding in back with me, the driver was very professional. The man in back questioned me about why I chose to go by ambulance said I wasn't going to get in any quicker, questioned my medication, how long I've lived in my house. He told me there was nothing wrong with me, but he's not a Dr....mind you I've been coughing up blood. He then talked about the driver while in the hospital in front everyone!! This type of employee gives medical professionals a terrible name.

They send balance bills. Do not pay the bill they send you. They likely overcharged you and are trying to take advantage of you. Ambulance attendants were very professional, billing borders on conspiracy and illegal activity.

Maricopa responded to my home to care for my ill wife who is 70 years old. The most professional and fantastic crew I have ever witnessed. They put an IV line in first time so smoothly where 3 nurses at the hospital took 1.5 hours and needed the aid of an ultrasound. The two medics that took such great care of my little lady are my Hero's and I could never Thank them enough. Well done Gentlemen and Thank You!

It's a little over 14.00/hr that increases after 3 months, 6, and a year if I'm not mistaken.
