Well ran and Organized. I use the Cryotherapy. I wish I could afford more but the price is fair and reasonable and actually better than the compétition. Cryotherapy is excellent for overall health and well being. Chris and Carolina are very Knowledgable and will work well with the clientèle.

This gym is truly amazing. If mattering to a business is important for you this is the place to be. They always take their members into consideration for everything. This gym is always very clean and so spacious. I will forever recommend this gym. It’s my favorite. One more thing I would like to add is that their costumer service is always on point. Love them!

This little gem of a boutique gym is located in Midtown and easy enough to find on Thomas & 16th St. For a small family owned gym the place is large enough to accommodate a wide array of equipment including 5 Smith Racks and 2 entire sets of rubber wrapped DB’s exceeding 130 lbs, several bench presses and plenty of benches to swing db’s around on and that’s just the free weight room. “Dumbells for all my friends!” 😆 The main room has two banks of 8/each different standing cardio machines with an additional row of various bicycles. There’s clean, open spaces to roll out mats for floor work, rollers, yoga and stretching. Plus a well planned section of circuit machines. Windows at one end keep the place light and bright enough with decor that strikes a nice balance between industrial and modern. It’s always, always, always clean! Plus the patrons wipe down equipment and mats after themselves and are generally congenial and considerate, racking their weights and putting things back where it belongs so you don’t spend your workouts hunting for this and that which can blow a concentrated set. They’re there to get in shape so there’s not a lot camping out on machines chatting. Many of them look like they’re in great shape without being seen always preening. The front desk is friendly with well seasoned employees. This family has been in the gym business for three decades, so they know how to do it right! Overall a really great place to get your sweat on! My favorite gym in Phoenix!

I don’t use the tanning but the gym is one of the best I’ve been to in the valley. I love being able to book my time. It allows me to see how crowded it might be as well as keep me honest with myself.
