Manager named John told his employee over the phone to kick us out because we wanted a refund on the wash. The only thing the wash did was wet the car and leave streaks everywhere. Terrible carwash do not use this place.

Horrible car wash, after my was my car was dirty the equipment is broke I ask the manager john could he wash my vehicle I spent 25$ and car is still dirty then asked me to leave.

They put a scratch in the top of my car. Important note... this is a brand new car that has only ever been taken to this location for a wash. The scratches are from side to side (from their manual scrub brush motion). The first employee I talked to trying to cancel my membership called me a liar without even listening to me. The manager also called me a liar then tried to charge me for a second month because of some "cancellation policy" that no one told me about. Don't go here unless you wanna pay for your car to have scratch repair.

It's difficult to leave behind a positive review when told by the manager "if you want your car washed again you must pay for another wash.". Sounds reasonable, right? Only I was told that after they had already washed my car leaving behind missed spots all around my car.
