I was supposed to get my package by the 6th of October and I still haven't got they say my address is not right I checked my information and everything is correct I've been calling them every day and every day I call i have to give them my address every time I called them and every night my package is going back to FedEx saying undeliverable how when I've calling every day with the correct information they need new driver's because this is the 3rd time this happened to me from FedEx

Anyone considering a delivery position with FedEx Ground needs to understand that you are a 3rd party employee. Meaning, a staffing agency, ISP and FedEx get paid from your labor. All 3 are not your friend and will not be honest with you. Also, the conditions of the delivery vehicles are dangerous to your health

Just awesome work,with the exception of the swing shift older black security guard.He was ,different little other rude side.But the one in the day shift young b lack kid he was cool as he'll and polite

Worst service. I was told that the package would be delivered to our address. I waited all day, now I am being told that I have to go pick it up at their location 16 miles away.
