TOO COLD 🥶, TOO HOT 🔥 🥵, YOU CAN'T CONTROL TEMPERATURE AT YOUR UNIT!! 🥺 MANAGER NEVER CALLED YOU BACK, NOR HELP YOU WITH YOUR NEEDS , ☝️ NOW WHEN I MOVED HEY'RE CHARGES me double FOR UTILITIES,taking my money from deposit and no explaining! 🤑don't move to HERITAGE HILLS APPARTMENT if you don't want to have a problem!🤯

A great place to call home, or temporary home. With age it's to be expected that it has it's quirks, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. My only issue is that the walls are very thin. Other than that, I really am enjoying my stay here. Newer appliances, and accommodating management. Well worth the price😊.Hey Lilly, thank you for kind words. We're happy you're enjoying your home. Not worth the one star I am forced to give. Currently it has been over three months since moving out and I am still dealing with getting my deposit returned. With paper thin walls you can hear the sounds of children roaming the halls at all hours and with smoking allowed you too can smell like a cigarette from the moment you move in.
